Identity

The objective is to position the brand as a prestigious company in the Spanish market within the IT sector. We seek to initiate a new stage with a new value proposition and a stronger, more current image, coherent with the company’s discourse and values.

Technology is synonymous with adaptation, as is the new Necsia tagline: smart challenges. Short, direct and with impact.

A set of sans serif typefaces with geometric finishes have been chosen to reflect the essence of the brand. They are solid, technological typefaces with personality: sharp angles and an avant-garde look. The perfect balance between geometry and legibility is sought.

The chromatic range chosen transports us to a more tech world, with bright and electric colours that merge to create the corporate gradient.

We drew the new brand ecosystem combining technology, connectivity and innovation, based on the construction of a digital network where the brand values are reflected: quality, evolution and digitalisation.

We applied the characteristic cuts of the characters of the corporate typography to the rest of the graphic elements, to build a unique and differentiating visual system.

This graphic universe is applied to all online and offline corporate elements: stationery, merchandising, social channels and website.

Website

A study of the company is carried out, based on which a communication plan is developed and the focus is placed on the online strategy and the different digital channels, with short and medium term objectives.

We carried out the redesign of the website, making a preliminary study of the structure and hierarchy of information, which will be aimed at potential customers and will revolve around the new value proposition of the brand, highlighting the services and solutions offered.

#NECSIERS

An internal communication plan is drawn up to boost employer branding in a sector with little supply and high demand for talent. The #necsiers community is created, with the aim of fostering engagement and team feeling within the company, incorporating a corporate language code through storytelling, which is materialised both on the website and in different applications and merchandising elements.

This includes an action plan with different recommendations for the Human Resources department.
